Phylotypes classification at different taxonomic levels

Hi folks,
a single question.
when using phylotype command, should we mention the specific taxonomic level? for example, in our experimental data, it would be very interesting to obtain a classification of taxa in the order level. In case yes, how can I proceed with this?

You can give it the number corresponding to that level.

1 = Genus
2 = Family
3 = Order
4 = Class
5 = Phylum
6 = Kingdom
