Is there any way to generate a single file that displays the percent shared OTUs between different groups for a multitude of samples? I know I can generate this data by using the VENN command, but the percent of species shared appears to only be found in each individual .SVG file. I guess I’m trying to avoid going through 590 .SVG files and manually typing in the percent of species shared for each group combination.
