I’m new to the mothur pipeline, having previously relied on other pipelines for microbiome data analysis from both MiSeq and PacBio. Currently, I’m working on a project involving over 1000 16S PacBio sequence samples. I’m eager to find resources within the mothur community that could guide me to the PacBio SOP tutorial applicable to my project.
