In the 454 SOP, it states that the rarefaction.single command…“will generate files ending in *.rarefaction, which again can be plotted in your favorite graphing software package.” I ran the command using a shared file. I got out one rarefaction file and a rabund file for each group. Are the rabund files supposed to output for this command?
