Output from classify.otu, how do i deal with the values < 100 %

Hi!

I have a question regarding the result of this file (se output below).
“(100)” means 97 % similarity or am I wrong?, since I specified 0.03 label in the taxonomy (see command below). Which means that I can not trust the OTUs that are classified with taxa names that has a value < than 100 % ???
If that is the case, how do I remove these uncertain classificated taxas from my table? (I know that it should be 97 % for species, GENUS 95-97 %, FAMILY 90-95 %, ORDER 85-90 %, CLASS 80-85 % and PHYLUM <80…)
