quesion in command classify.otu

Hi everyone,
I am analyzing my 454 data according to the 454 SOP. When i analyzed the data usign the commmand classify.otu, MOTHUR returned the information “Your file does not include the label 0.03. I will use 0.01.”
What dit that mean? And how can i resolve this problem?

Does you list file include a 0.03 line? If not, you might try rerunning the cluster command with a larger cutoff.

The problem was solved since i defined cutoff as 0.15.
