neutral community model

Hi all,

Has anyone worked with this neutral community model approach? See:
http://www.atsjournals.org/doi/pdf/10.1164/rccm.201501-0128OC

The second paper says they used custom R scripts but I’m wondering if this was also implemented in mothur.
