Metastats analysis

Hello Mothur Group,

I have done meta-analysis on my data and each group i have found some otu’s with significant P-value, I want to know what statistic you have used to get this significant p-val. Apart from this how can I integrate the Taxonomy information for all the significant hits. Does scattered plot will help Visualizing this data?

The metastats command comes directly from the paper out of Mihai Pop’s lab. You could visualize the data as a scatter plot, but perhaps better would be to do barcharts.
