Hi all! I am doing 16s eDNA analysis and I finished the Mothur workflow. I am trying to make a relative abundance graph and a rarefaction curve.
I know there are so many resources out there for both but thats the issue, theres so much and it is all confusing me more.
My question is, what files that Mothur outputs should I use for these graphs?
If anyone knows any resources for help making these types of figures in R please let me know.
