This new make.biom gives “Segmentation fault (core dumped)” error and then closes mothur when I’m using both shared and taxonomy. If I only use shared file then it works. What might have caused this?

Hi Chris,
Thanks for sending your files. I was able to track down the problem. Mothur was expecting a confidence score for the consensus taxonomy of OTU 200. I have modified mothur to be more flexible, and will release version 1.25.1 later today. Thanks for reporting this bug.
