For some reason the search engine claims “classify” and “shared” are too commonly used words so forgive me if this has already been suggested. I also realize that it is possible to do this using a combination of get.sharedseqs, classify.OTU, and a smattering of PERL. But it would be nice to provide a wrapper for both commands called classify.sharedOTU. Default should give me both shared and unique classifications. I think this is a common enough task for a lot of people to benefit from this.
