Just a quick question about the results from homova.
This is an example output from the command description:
HOMOVA BValue P-value SSwithin_values
A-B 0.000158784 0.979 2.36007 2.36871
The B value is (I assume) the value B from the formula as described on the homova page, and the p value is the p value.
But, what are the two last values? There is only one heading, while there are two numbers, which has me confused…
