I have a fungi data set and I am not sure which of the unite reference (https://unite.ut.ee/repository.php) from mothur release, should I use. Does anybody could help me?

I’ve been using their dynamic reference (download1) but I’m several versions behind. I believe this set has had the most hand curation of the tax ids.
