I have developed a new clustering technique, and I want to compare my results with those of Mothur and other (k-mer) based clustering techniques. For ground-truth I need to use the phylogenetic annotations in family level (or species level). However, I cannot get those datasets. Can anyone point me to a resource of good datasets for clustering application with existing phylogenetic information?
