Converting taxonomy file from QIIME2 to Mothur

Hope you all are well! I just have a quick question on how I can convert the .tsv taxonomy file generated in QIIME2 into the .taxonomy file in Mothur?

Welcome to mothur! I don’t know what the qiime output looks like, but if it’s a text file, you can surely do it in R or Python
