Cluster.split in mothur

Hello, I am currently facing an issue where I placed sub.sample after remove.lineage. After running sub.sample, I executed cluster.split(fasta=current, count=current, taxonomy=current, taxlevel=4, cutoff=0.03), and encountered this situation.

Why did this happen? How should I set up the code next to obtain the correct result?

Hi - can you post the previous commands? Also, why are you running sub.sample at this stage rather than on the shared file?
