How do you control what similarity level seqs are clustered to using vsearch?
oh figured it out. cutoff=desired level.
follow up, is there a way with vsearch to do multiple levels? 0.03-0.05 didn’t work
related, when I set the cutoff the files were named “.opti.” rather than “.agc.”
Can you post the exact command syntax you are using?

Arg, user error. I set cutoff the second time but didn’t set method. So now I’ll compare opticlust and vsearch for ITS and see how different the results are
