Cluster cutoff changed

Hello,

My script:

cluster(column=BA_undil_data.trim.contigs.good.unique.good.filter.unique.pick.pick.dist,count=BA_undil_data.trim.contigs.good.unique.good.filter.denovo.vsearch.pick.pick.count_table, cutoff=0.01)

Resulted in a .logfile which read:
changed cutoff to 0.00390989

Any thoughts?

Looks like you’re using an old version of mothur. Please upgrade to v1.39.5 and use the default clustering algorithm which doesn’t have this “feature”.
