Kindly assist. I am trying to run classify.seqs but given unable to read stability.trim…coun_table file, whereas it is there.
The count_table file would have been generated with the make.contigs and/or count.seqs function. If you can share the commands you’ve run along with the version number of mothur you are using we can better help you.
