betadiversity distance based boxplot

Dear Mothur Group,

Thank you for provide this awesome pipeline. I am have processed my data in mothur however I am not sure if there is a feature to generate betadiversity distance based boxplot in mothur
something like http://qiime.org/tutorials/creating_distance_comparison_plots.html.
If this exist in mothur then please ignore this feature request and suggest me how can it be done with mothur OTU table or in R?

I apologize its too basic to be asked.

You would have to do it in R or excel.
