sorry for the dumb question, but I am blanking out on something very basic. Is there a way to use Mothur to get the reverse primer from my forward primer used for the 454 sequencing run?
I’m not sure what you mean… Do you want to remove the reverse primer from your sequences? You would use the “reverse” flag in your oligos file. Let me know if you want something else.
