Where can I download latest green gene database

Hello Pat,

Do you know where I can download the latest green gene databases for alignment and reference taxonomy.

I see a link on your website

http://www.mothur.org/wiki/Greengenes-formatted_databases

They are old (2009 and 2010). Do you have latest Greengenes-formatted databases. Can you update your website link if you have.

This is what we’re offering for the classification side of things:

We discourage the use of the alignment. If you want more, you’ll have to do it yourself via the tools and downloads available through the greengenes website.
