Does anyone tried STAMP with mothur ? I have problem to run it… how did you make your group file ?

I am doing it now and also have problems. If I use the make STAMP profile from mothur data option, then it tells me that taxonomy hierarchy is not consistent (SILVA has a lot of genera and families named e.g. Incertae_Sedis or Unknown_Family, but STAMP requires that every taxon has only one parent). Manually fixis this would take forever, so I’m thinking of a solution of how to do it with a custom script.
