Hi Everyone!
I am having issues with my data when it comes to screening after I align the sequences with the silva database. 1234 were aligned. I am trying to screen for the V4 regions and when i search for start=11894 end=25319 I am not getting any sequences in return. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong based on this summary alignment file?
