Hi. I have clustered my sequences and assigned them into OTU bins with bin.seqs. Is there a way to include new sequences into the alignment/cluster, yet retain the bin numbers as determined by bin.seqs from a previous run? Right now they get renumbered between runs and I don’t know how to make them static.
