I have a dataset of about 100 samples that I have processed all the way through cluster.split. I have just found out that we don’t have matching clinical data for a few of these samples and they need to be removed from all of our figures (relative abundance graphs, diversity measurements etc.). My question is, do I need to remove these samples from stability.files and re-run the samples that will be included starting from the beginning, or can I simply remove the data for these samples? I was not sure if removing the samples from the initial analysis would impact the downstream analysis of the other samples. Thank you so much for the help.
