I am trying to find a file so I can use the PR2 database as a reference for alignment for some of my sequences in order to determine the parasitic species in my dataset. I cannot seem to find any reference dataset and when I use the current PR2 database download (4.14), I get an error:
[ERROR]: template is not aligned, aborting.
DONE.
does anyone have/know how to make a reference alignment?
