I am working with 27 samples. Is that possible, like with NMDS mindim and maxdim, to limit the number of dimensions for PCoA analysis? I only want the first 3 axes for plotting.
And the same, how to do then with corr.axes to get only the correlation for the first three axes? Is this possible?

All you have to do is just plot the first three axis columns in the axes folder.
