can it be possible to get directly so that i can test neighbor joining method directly rather like phylip programs taking sequences and calculate distance matrices
since i have done some parallel implementation to the program so that i have to compare for distance matrix of sizes from 5 to 1500 so that how much improve has done.
can i get directly or any site maintaining these database so that i can take distance matrices of different sizes
