Is there any good free software to look at the heatmaps? When I look at it using adobe svg viewer it’s all so small I can’t even read the labels. And is there a good way of exporting them or would I have to do a screenshot?
Also when looking at generated trees they’re so huge (~3200 Sanger-based sequences) using treeview I can nowhere near enough edit settings that labels are not overlapping and/or readable. Is there any way of spreading the trees over several pages, for example? (Sorry, not exactly mothur related :oops: ) TIA, Kathrin
