I am clustering 120 555 sequeces

I already know that I am going to use 0.03 as the distance to analyze OTU abundance. It takes lots and lots of time to cluster, so it wouls be nice if instead of clustering at unique and 0.00 and so on, I could say mothur to only cluster at 0.03

It doesn’t matter - it will still have to cluster at unique, 0.0001, 0.0002, … until it gets to 0.03.
