Get sequences from OTUs

Hi mothur forum,

I find mothur helpful and thanks for this program. My question is how to get sequences from several of the OTUs from bin.seqs. Just filter the bin.seqs output for sequences belonging to for example 50 OTUs?

You might try also using list.seqs to get the sequence names
