I read this tutorial for Lennon statistic http://www.mothur.org/wiki/Lennon. I doubted in the result. I’m not sure that is it 0.7097 in evaluate D?
Anyway, I understand that if Lennon index has high value (close in 1), it means two communities are the different like Thetayc statistic. Is it correctly?
