I set maxlength=410 and I still removed 61.38% of my sequences. I then did a trial of multiple higher max lengths ranging from 550-610 and it still removed 61.31% at a maxlength=610, which is higher than my maximum of 602. Any insight into how this could be would be much appreciated!
