# Would be great to be able to column sort heatmap.bin

It would be great to be able to specify the column order for a heatmap when running heatmap.bin(shared=X.shared)

(I’ve tried rearranging the order of samples in the shared file but the output always looks the same regardless)

Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately, we’re unlikely to do much more with `heatmap.bin`. There are far better tools available in R to do similar things.
