Use Galaxy Classify.Seqs Error

While using the classify.seqs command for mother through Galaxy I get an error back that states:
“This job was terminated because it ran longer than the maximum allowed job run time.
Please click the bug icon to report this problem if you need help.”

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Sorry, your question would be better taken to the galaxy folks. We don’t use galaxy and don’t know much about how they are running mothur.
