Hi!
I just installed mothur version 1.22.2 …and training with the Costello 16s Pyro data and tutorial…
could use chimera.slayer with no probs…but when I try chimera.uchime…this is what I get:

mothur \> chimera.uchime(fasta=stool.trim.unique.good.filter.unique.precluster.fasta, name=stool.trim.unique.good.filter.unique.precluster.names)

uchime by Robert C. Edgar http://drive5.com/uchime This code is donated to the public domain.

Checking sequences from stool.trim.unique.good.filter.unique.precluster.fasta …
sh: ./uchime: No such file or directory
[ERROR]: Could not open stool.trim.unique.good.filter.unique.precluster.uchime.chimera

Can anyone help e solve this issue?
Thanks!

This is a bug in version 1.22 that will be resolved in 1.23.0 releasing next week. In the meantime here’s a link to some workarounds, [SOP tutorial crash](https://mothur.ltcmp.net/t/sop-tutorial-crash/702/6)
