Hi,
In the tax.summary output from classify.seqs, when run with a group option, I’m pretty sure the group (sample) labels are listed in the order they appear in the groups file (or the order they appear in the fasta file) whereas the data is listed as if the labels were in alphabetical order, leading to the disturbing result of the labels not matching the data.
