Targeted host-associated fungi (THF) database

Hi,

A group at my institute will soon be starting some work on the mycobiome and would like to use the THF database to analyse their sequence data. ‘Mycobiome: Approaches to analysis of intestinal fungi Tang et al. 2015’ https://risccweb.csmc.edu/microbiome/thf/

Would it be possible to create a mothur formatted database file for this?

Absolutely - I think we currently have a small bug in creating accounts on the wiki, but you might “create” a page with text and what not and then I could post it for you if you can’t get it to work.
