# summary.tax hangs in 1.39

Another issue with summary.tax. I’m trying to run my usual batch file [https://github.com/krmaas/bioinformatics/blob/master/mothur.batch](https://github.com/krmaas/bioinformatics/blob/master/mothur.batch), it’ gets to summary.tax then hangs for days. I’ll email my logfile to mothurbugs

Could you try version 1.39.1, [https://github.com/mothur/mothur/releases/tag/v1.39.1](https://github.com/mothur/mothur/releases/tag/v1.39.1)?

thanks Sarah, I’ll try that. But this was related to a mismatch between # of seqs in my taxonomy and count file, so I’ll have to fix that first.
