# sffinfo invalid command

I’ve just downloaded the newest version of mother. I’m trying to pull out the fasta file from a sff file that I created by merging two sff files. I’m using the sffinfo command but “invalid command” is returned each time. Is there any known issue with sffinfo in the newest 1.32 version?

Nevermind… tried a few different things and apparently putting a space between sffinfo and ( returns an invalid command.
