# Remove.rare taking too long to run

Remove.rare command is running from more than 24 hours without any changes. can you please help

What version of mothur are you running? Could you post the command you ran?

I am running web version of Mothur V.1.42.0. The command is remove.rare(list=current,count=current,nseqs=1,label=0.03). Its been running from 2.3.20 (4 days).

Note: Analysing 8 sequences with 8 processors system.
