processing cluster.split

Hi Pat,
I am processing the 454 data, sequence cover V1-V2, sum number is ~750000. According to Costello stool analysis, cluster.split has been start since yesterday. Until now, nearly 18h. At present, the status is
Clustering mothur/sediment39.final.fasta.0.dist
Cutoff was 0.255 changed cutoff to 0.11
Cutoff was 0.255 changed cutoff to 0.1
Cutoff was 0.255 changed cutoff to 0.09

Should I keep on waiting?

I would not use the Costello analysis - please use the 454 SOP instead.
