# Plotting Unifrac matrix generated by Mothur

Hi,
I performed UniFrac using mothur but not able to plot it, since I lack knowledge of R. Since I am at the end of my thesis, I do not have enough time learn R. Can anyone please suggest me how can I plot the generated unifrac matrix? If In R, Could anyone please forward me the scripts ?

People rarely want to plot a distance matrix. Usually, they want to use pcoa or nmds to build the input files for ordinations or tree.shared to build a dendrogram. If you can give us some more details, we can go from there.
