Hi,

I am running the following commands:
mothur \> pairwise.seqs(fasta=gcits2.fasta,calc=onegap,countends=F)

But an error came up:
Using 32 processors.

Sequence Time Num\_Dists\_Below\_Cutoff
/hpc/bin/hpc: line 28: 19078 Killed singularity exec $singularity\_opts $hpc\_images\_folder/container @

How should I deal with this?

Thank you very much.

Best,
Kus
