# No groups file from trim.seqs

I’m not sure what I am doing wrong exactly, but I was never able to get the groups file you need to generate the otus after running the trim.seqs command. I was wondering if anyone has an idea about why this is happening.

Can you write out how you are using the trim.seqs command? If you forget to include the oligos file you won’t get a groups file.
