Hi,

The link ([https://github.com/SchlossLab/mothuR](https://github.com/SchlossLab/mothuR)) I’ve seen that has a package for R to generate graphs of Mothur results, as I install MothuR package in R to use the plotPCOA3d command?

That’s a pretty raw/immature package at this point.
