# MOTHUR in the cloud

Hi,  
When I was using 454, my PC had no trouble running MOTHUR analyses; but now we use Miseq, and with 2-3 million reads, the PC takes forever. Is there a recommended way to use MOTHUR in the cloud, e.g. Amazon’s EC2?
