But a new set of samples (some sort of plant material) are coming back nearly all Bacteria(100);Proteobacteria(100);Alphaproteobacteria(100);Rickettsiales(100);mitochondria(100);mitochondria_unclassified(100);
Should I be removing both big and little M mitochondria?
