mgcluster choose distance threshold

It would be great if it were possible to tell mgcluster to perform clustering for only one threshold or a custom range of thresholds. Right now the -cutoff option will tell mgcluster to compute all distance thresholds below the given cutoff. I would like to tell it to compute only 0.30, for example, without waiting for it to compute all of the clusters for distances less than 0.30. I have had a mgcluster run going for >2 weeks now, and it has only finished distances below 0.18, which I am not interested in. Thanks,

Hi Billy,

Unfortunately, because it’s a hierarchical algorithm, it goes through all those distances before it gets to 0.30. Hopefully, it’s getting faster as it goes through the distances…
